Please help me—login issues

Hi!
I’m having trouble logging in to the community as my original profile. It says to reset my password and I don’t have mail access. Can someone please explain this logically and be able to fix this so that I can log back in as my old profile?

    It happened to me too this morning, but fortunately I could reset my password with the email.

    Don't worry, I'm sure they'll be able to help you, but I suppose that you have to wait until Monday!

    Hi! Since there was the problem with the log in everyone today, I had already reported it.

    Hello @imcrushinit2 (also @candycrushinit)  Welcome to your new profile to the Community :D:D

    There were some technical difficulties and issues from yesterday evening (or so for some players)!!  Hence, the Community Team had made some changes and fixed the issue!  It is all good now :+1:    

    But with this fix, we all are requested to change our password to enter into the Community!  While logging in with your primary account, just enter your email address, and click on "Forgot Password".  You will receive an email and follow the link to change your password from there.  Then, everything will be A OK :+1:  I am done with these steps and I am back to the Community now :D

    can someone please tell me why all my comments now need to be approved? this wasnt happening before my password reset. it is only happening on my phone. thank you

    @PummyRaj I keep sending the email and I never received it. Maybe I don’t have access to my email. What a shame 😢

    OK! Let's do this @imcrushinit2 :) 

    First, delete all the cookies and browsing history!  Then, come to the Community and try the log in :+1: That's what worked for me =)

    I tried the Contact Us button and it doesn’t show the specific topic I want to fix. Would the community page be completely fixed so I can get back to my old profile?

    No no no don't worry! It's just a matter of getting your password reset. It looks like @PummyRaj had some great info but I am confident that you will still get your old profile back even if that didn't work. If your email on file is also out of date now (because you don't have access to it) then that needs to be changed too. These are things an administrator can do easily. On Monday. 😔 I would send a message to the CM or tech support with your email on file and let her know what's going on so she can get the info to the right people. 

    Don't worry! I freaked out myself because I thought I was getting hacked. It's a strange thing to have happen but it is just a matter of waiting for tomorrow. Hang in there. 🤗❤️🐳

    I checked to see if they had fixed the issue and they didn’t 😠😔

    It still says that I have to reset my password. Unfortunately, I do not have mail access at this time. I do not know what to do now. 😣

    For now, I’ll be using this profile for access to the community. Any contests and prizes that I won with my old profile will be counted as my own. All of you will have to recognize me as the original @candycrushinit until the Community Team has finally fixed any bugs on the page and I can get back as my own self again. Until then, I’m now @imcrushinit2

    I just recently won a Backstage pass from the National Candy Day contest for Soda and it doesn’t work on this profile. Is there some way to transfer it onto another profile?

    I was just reading your post and wondering if you have checked your spam emails in case the password reset is going there.
