Bubblegum tournament disappeared

This is the second time in a row that I have been playing the BGT and it has just disappeared. Both times it has been after I have purchased gold bars, which I don't think I will do again. This is very frustrating.

I am very sorry to hear about the issue in your game!!  Can you please clear the cookies/cache --> Restart your Device --> play one or 2 levels and see if the event is back?  

Please let me know if it worked or not!  I will try to find out more details from the Team, but you will have to wait till tomorrow to hear back from me as the team is our for the weekend!

The tournament has disappeared for me as well and I did the clear/restart/play and it is still gone

I got BGT event yesterday.
Was very happy and surprised, never thought I would get another chance. But today due to new updates, I restarted the computer and .... yes, not quite hard to guess, gone again !!!

Just like last time.
 Maybe I should add that I didn't get the last two events either.

Hi all!
Same prob came to me several times but the event re-appeared when I log out & log in after 15 seconds. Although its not a logical solution but it worked for me. Hope It can change your fate also☺.

God for you caambuj and thank you for trying to help!
Have tried it and all other things suggested. But it has never worked for me. The last time they ran the BGT event I had it the first day, then it disappeared without a trace and came back the last day, without  me doing anything. I can only hope that eventually it starts working again, it's sad not to be able to have events.

How is it for you others who have problems with the BGT event, did you have the last two events, odds helloween clothes and star chase???
