Why when you look at how to win ,they have more lives then we do. I really don't think that fair.

Why does the videos have more lives then the game does,

I would be happy to help get answers to your questions, but I need to make sure I understand the problem first. 

1. When you ask about your daily calendar, can you describe what is going on--not getting your gifts at all, not progressing in the days, etc?

2. are you talking about watching the tutorial videos for the levels and you notice they have additional moves? Or something else?
