No lives received or sending. PLEASE HELP

I connect to fb play my lives, requests lives (some real people some not fb friends show up) mark all and send and then nothing.. ever. I use iPhone 6s I’ve turned phone off and on I’ve tried logging on and off game even logged in and out of fb nothing changes. What is wrong??? Should I uninstall?

I can understand your frustration as I too am in the same boat!!  I am not sure why this keeps happening... even-though, the Friends Studio was working hard to fix this issue!!

Before suggesting anything, I would like to make sure that you are talking about the "Candy Friends game"!  If you are, then, can you please go to this thread -- "Complaint about NOT receiving Lives"  and provide below details?

1) Device you are using to play the game;
2) What version you have & when did you install last update;
3) Are you logged in though Facebook OR Kingdom OR both;
4) Your game user ID number ...!  You can find it through this link https://community.king.com/en/candy-crush-friends-saga/discussion/247378/what-is-my-user-id-and-where-can-i-find-it

To post in above thread "Not receiving Lives", you will see "Type your Comment" box located at the very bottom of the page.  Simply press on it and type your details!  

This thread will be closed now as we would like to keep all the details and complaints about the Lives in a single place.
