Why Did I not get to play today’s holiday calendar

When game started I was told no more lives. So I bought 5 lives for 2.99 did not get that either. Now my winning streak has been compromised and I lost moves and $$$
my member # does not show on my profile either

    I am sorry to hear about the issue in your game!  This issue was reported this morning and the Studio team is working on it :+1: 

    Please head to the main thread where we are collecting all the issues --->  "Holiday Event Issue"  and these below details --->
    (1) Device you are using to play the game;
    (2) What version you have;
    (3) Your game user ID number -- This link will help you find it -- "Find My ID"

    ** Scroll down to where you see an empty comment box, which says "Type your Comment" to write your details.  This discussion thread will be closed now, as we would like to keep all the comments in a single place.
