Hello @nanapamela Hope you are having a nice warm day  

I am very glad to say that this issue has been fixed and all we have to do is to update our game to 1.28.8 version.  After that you will be able to receive the new character, the awesome Jelly Queen.  

Please head to this Main Thread, where other players were commenting about the same issue and we are redirecting to find the post by our Friends Community In-charge regarding the Update installation as well as the feed-back thread.
