Unfortunately we only use English here in the main community and the International Corner only uses French, German and Spanish so I will need you to please post your question in a new thread and use one of the translation apps that are available (Like Google translate) and resubmit your question in English and someone will be glad to try and help you.

hi all! My account has been incorrectly flagged as underage and I’m forced onto a lite version. It’s connected to my Facebook and DOB is correct there. I’ve been messaging support but keep getting emails only saying that as I am underage there are restrictions. How can I get this corrected?
