Rewards not given

I was in first place for collecting cones or whatever with a few hours left yesterday . When i logged in today the new event had started but i didn’t get the reward for the collecting event. How can i redeem?

I'm sorry you didn't get your reward for collecting ice cream cones. Unfortunately, we can't give you these rewards.

Please try the standard bug fixes first:

- Check for and run updates in your store

- clear the cache when playing on a mobile device

- Go offline

- Turn off your device completely to leave it off for at least one minute.

After switching on, check if you have a stable internet connection and log into your game.

If you still haven't received the rewards, please contact support directly from the game. Go to Settings (gear) and go to the Help Center (question mark). Choose a category. At the bottom you will find a contact button for support.
