@Inkmaker, Welcome to our Friendtastic community! I use both landscape and portrait modes for my games, but mostly portrait because I usually play on mobile devices. Many King games autorotate between modes, but not always. Hopefully you enjoy playing them regardless of the available modes.

Some players encounter issues that may be related to their device instead of the game. So, here are more standard troubleshooting measures to try:
- Check the amount of free memory on your device. You need at least 2 GB.
- Check if there are updates to your app and run them. I have my games set to automatic updates and am currently on version 1.96.1
- Clear the cache (don't clear data!) when using a mobile device
- Then turn off your device completely to keep it off for at least 10 seconds (some recommend one minute). Open your game and check if the problem has been solved. If not, can you login on a different device? If so, please try logging in on another device.
Let me know if you still don't see the Valentine event.
Tried but same issue.
Hi @Johan_DelaCena you make sure logout and login back your account and play one new level to see if the event come back to you. You can also try clear cache (not data)of your device and then open the game to see if the event come back.
Don't get an event. :(

Same here. Its gone and I have to passed one level and then its come back
If you look at my screenshot...by the days shown..its mean it already started 1 day and 2 hours ago (assuming the event run for 14 days)

It's really special great news as finally Nutcracker the Prince of Diamonds Costume could be received who have received Nutcracker the King of Hearts Costume on Happy Valentine's Day Event! I could wish I would be received Nutcracker the Prince of Diamonds Costume on next year! It's my best favourite one costume on this game forever as I love Diamonds are forever, I say! Hehe! 💎😁
@KCullen127 - I think you have received Nutcracker the King of Hearts Costume already, so you can received special points of Nutcracker the Prince of Diamonds Costume now. I hope you can complete these 20 Valentine's Levels and win this another costume soon! 😉
@MountainMom - I collected my costume before I finished the 20 levels. When I finally finished 20 levels, I collected my special award and in the special award is 150 points toward the Prince of Diamond - see below. I guess I will find out later how to get the rest of the points for this costume.

@KCullen127, I can only guess. If you won the Nutcracker King of Hearts costume in this Valentine's Day event, you might not be eligible to win a second costume in the same event. It looks like you got some points toward the next costume. Each "package" hidden on specific levels earns points toward costumes. You probably have the Prince of Diamonds costume at the bottom of your scrapbook in the "To be collected" section.
Did you collect all the packages in the event? We can learn how this happens together.
