Community Managers do not have access to the game's databases. Therefore, they can only ask the Studio for a favor for a particular player.

Do I still need to report anything for an investigation by the studio?

@DieOmimi , sometimes I do clear the level, and 4 to 5 more levels and after that when I close and open the app again, I am at the old level only and I have to clear those levels again.

Pc Window 10 works for now. Some things are not set to fix something. I don't know. That's why 2 things were shown as "not fixed". I did the diagnosis anyway.
