I have the same issue but I have another FB account that I don’t use and it hooked me up with that account. I want my progress back and my levels.

Can you please tell me how you were previously logged into the game and saved your progress? Did you use a King account or were you logged in with a Facebook account?
Usually it only happens that you have to accept the updated terms when you unsubscribed from the game or installed the game on a new device. What was it like for you?
