If I understood you correctly, you've collected characters, but not on the mobile device you're currently playing on. Correct?

Can you please tell me if you collected the characters when you played online? What country are you playing in?

Do you have screenshots of your scrapbook from the device you collected the characters on?

I would like to investigate your situation in more detail. Normally, all collected characters are stored on King's servers and are available on all devices when you play online.
