Can't connect to the App store

I've been asking this question for quite sometime with no response. I can't connect to the App store. I have 53 goldbars which i can't use.

I don't know where you've asked the question before. Here in the community, I couldn't find a question from you.

First of all, how are you logged into the game? You'll need to use the same data in the game as you use for your app store. 

If you have 53 gold bars available in your Candy Crush Friends Saga app, it is usually not necessary to connect to the App store.
