Where or how to add friends

I really love playing this game but it would be a lot more enjoyable for me if I had friends to help me out now and then.This is the hardest game that I’ve ever played to make or find out how to add friends.Can y’all be so kind as to direct me in the right direction to add  some friends?? When Ima outta lives,it says ask friends,well  the list is blank.Uuuggghh!

I am logged into a king account.I don’t even ever see it on Facebook.I gave 2 accounts.Both are logged into both king and Facebook.Both accounts are baren of friends

In Candy Crush Friends Saga itself, you can't add friends yourself. They will be randomly assigned to you.

What makes me wonder why your list is empty. In my game, I have a long list of random friends and some that I had added in other games. 👇

How are you logged into the game? How is your progress saved? With a King account or via Facebook?
