I only have 9 moves to get through Level 1164. Any suggestions?

I just checked in my game and have 20 moves at level 1164.
Do you mean Candy Crush Friends Saga? What device are you playing on?

I just logged in for the day and was given two extra moves as a gift, but here you can see that I started 9 moves and they added 2 as a bonus so I have 11. I use an iPhone.

I'm sorry you only have 9 moves. We've had something similar before (I think level 1138). There, iOS users also had only 9 moves, while other platforms had 20 moves. I'm playing on Android.
Anyway, I will report the level and hope that it will be adjusted soon. Since it's the weekend now and the studios are not working, I ask for your patience. I'll get back to you next week.

There could be several reasons why the number of moves are different: firstly, it can be due to A/B testing, secondly, the player's device might not be loading tweaks properly. To avoid it, it's important to keep both the device and the game up-to-date. The device should have a minimum of 2GB memory. Plus, an outdated device could also cause issues.
First of all, please make sure that your app and operating system are up-to-date. Please let me know what operating system you are using.

Hi @Schmitt3232 thanks for your feedback. It doesn't seem to be your device's fault. Therefore, I suspect that you are in an A/B test group. I'm very sorry about that, because it happened to me myself last year. I have to wait over half a year until I was removed from this test group and everything returned to normal for me. I can't help it and still want to apologize to you.

How in the heck are we supposed to finish level 1164 in the 9 moves the game gives us? And why do all the YouTube videos show level 1164 having over 20 moves?

Ok, so apparently one variation for AB testing is a 60% reduction in moves for some CCFS levels. Does anyone know what other AB variations have been tested or are currently being tested?
