Why I can’t have an extra help once level failed. To have 3 extra shot. Should be able to watch an announcement 3 times but I don’t have this extra help in my game

Do you mean watching ads for extra moves? I don't have it in my game either.

The studio divides players into different groups (called test groups) to check the success of certain features.

Both of us don't seem to be in the advertising test group and we can't do anything to get the advertising test group in.

I had it before

but stopped few months ago

but my friend still have it :(

Hello @karine1976 and Welcome to our Friendtastic community! I have been able to watch ads for extra moves most of the time I play CCFS. However, the number of ads I can watch changes -- sometimes I can watch 3, sometimes I can watch 2, and sometimes I get no ads. If I close my game, the ads often reappear the next day. I hope you get them back soon.
