I purchased sime unlimited lives and some gold and money has been deducted but have not received what I paid for

It seems to me that there is a major malfunction with sending/receiving lives. Now you can't even get them when you buy them?? This is ridiculous already. Any help for this problem (which is ongoing for years now) is outdated. When is this support bunch going to correct it once and for all. CCFriends is the only Candy Crush game that has been a complete failure in this function of the game now for years. Why is that? I'm so disgusted with this being such an ongoing problem.
