over the past 2 weeks I’ve been having issues between Facebook and my candy crush games. Every day I have to login to the games as Facebook locks me out every night to sign back in. For the past 2 days my games won’t allow me to sign in. I keep getting the error “oops the game is unavailable, sign in later.” Trying to log back in via Facebook and I can’t get back in. I’ve loaded and reloaded the game on several occasions and still having issues. Need help with this issue. Thanks

I'm sorry to hear that.
Facebook is unfortunately a very unstable platform and King has no influence on it.
First, try our standard troubleshooting steps:
Updates: Make sure you have the latest game and device updates
Memory: Do you have sufficient memory on your device? King recommend having at least 2GB free. If you have less than this be sure to free up some memory to enable the game to run as smoothly as possible.
Cache: Clear cache in Android: go to settings - tap on apps - tap on candy crush soda - tap on storage - tap on clear cache (not data!)
Restart: Force close all open apps and restart your device. Leave it switched off for at least 10 seconds, then turn it on again.
