I opened my game today and all my boosters have gone. My game was fine yesterday. It’s like I am playing the game for the first time. I play on my iPhone
I had a lot more boosters than that ⤵️
That’s exactly what happened to me except my avatar stayed the same.
@BQN537, my original User ID and avatar were restored, along with all boosters and gold bars. My progress was synced to my latest completed levels. I lost my Daily login streak and some in-game events, once the issue was resolved. Until then, I was treated like a new player (tutorials, 0-50 gold bars, no boosters, 4 costumes in CCFS scrapbook). Farm Heroes and Candy Crush Soda Saga were not impacted.
With my experience I lost all my boosters except Farm Heroes I only lost some. I stayed on the same level that I was on in all my games. Also lost my login streak and kept on getting tutorials on how to play the games. The worst thing is I have lost my quests in Farm Heroes. I have a CM working on it. I still don’t know how it happened 😢
Did you manage to keep your original 🆔 number?
I had the same experience last month in many (not all) of my games, @BQN537. I got a new User ID and avatar, and most other things were reset to "new user" status. Once the problem was resolved, most things returned to normal. Only my daily login streak was reset to zero. As @DieOmimi explained, the previous issue was related to user email addresses with capital letters. This could be a similar problem but with a different root cause. I hope your issue gets resolved quickly.
I really don’t know how all my games changed to a different 🆔 number.

Your boosters should be stored under your ID 6751300740 in all games. This means that if you have a different ID now, you may also miss boosters in your other games.

However, I have made the experience that sweat streak is lost as a result and if you only use one device, the series of daily rewards could also be set to the beginning.
