Why since I made a piggy bank purchase, I don’t get ads for free lives and boosters? I

I bought gold bars thru piggy bank

Ever since I don’t get the ads, for free lives, free lollipops, so I have lost interest in the games

I can’t get thru a game. NOT FUN😪

I'm sorry to hear that you lost your ads. Advertising for some benefits is an additional feature that is not available to all players at all times and at the same time. For example, I've never had ads in Candy Crush Friends Saga. I appreciate this feature in other King games though. In Candy Crush Jelly Saga I had ads for 7 years and lost them after an update this year. I never paid anything in this game with real money, so it can't be related to that.

A few days later I found out that I have ads in two other King games in which I had never had this function before.

Players are divided into test groups by the studios. Some test groups have functions such as ads or special boosters or double win streaks. This is to record how many players use the feature or how satisfied the feature is for players.

I can only recommend that you always keep your game up to date. Maybe one or the other function will come back or you will be allowed to test new functions.
