Hello everyone, I have a problem with the game, namely after uninstalling and reinstalling and logging into the game, all my characters are gone except for Tiffy. The level of the game and everything remains the same except for the characters, I reported to the support service. I don't know if this is happening only to me or if there are other players with the same problem

Hello @_Elisabeth_ , We do not recommend uninstalling your game to resolve most issues. Typically, our standard troubleshooting tips prove to be effective. We know that all boosters are lost when players uninstall the game, but I had not heard of other players losing Friends and costumes from their scrapbooks.
Do you have a screenshot of your scrapbook showing which Friends characters you have collected?
