Level 5933 problem

I have been having a problem on level 5933. I start it and all is fine then suddenly the screen blinks and comes back at about half its size. I am playing on iPhone 14 Pro Max. I have closed and reopened the game multiple times and even did hard shutdown and the problem keeps recurring. Please help!

Hi @hadleyscrazygranny warm welcome to our community at Candy Crush Friends Saga.
What character are you using for level 5933? We are currently having an issue when Yeti the Werewolf is selected as a friend. If you have selected this character, try using a different costume and the level should no longer freeze or crash.
