Serious issue with in-game bug

There is an issue with the game that happen just a few days ago. Not even close to 5mins into the game, the game will shrink and shift to the top left hand corner making the game unplayable. This has been happening for a few days. I reach out to customer support, but they keep giving a scripted response which is not helping. Developers of Candy crush friends need to take a look at this issue, multiple users have commented the same issue in Google play store.

I'm sorry you're having a problem with our game. We're aware of the issue and have already reported it.
Yeti the Werewolf is disabled while we investigate the issue.
Please make sure you're using the latest version of the game and use a different costume when playing with Yeti.
