Problem with CCFS app?

Hello…

My name is Karen. I've been playing CCFS for at least 3 years. Recently, I was participating Dach's Delivery Service. On Day 3, suddenly DDS disappeared, along with a couple of other challenges. Is there a problem with CCFS? I can play the game without any problem, however, I haven't seen any challenges. I belong to the "coolgamers" team under screenname El KaRy. The app that I play under is NOT a download. Thanks in advice for any help you can provide.

Hi @hushpuppy95, I am sorry to hear that you are not seeing your challenges.

Please note that special events like these are bonus features in the game and therefore not designed to be there permanently. However, when these events disappear before they should have, it's usually due to the following reasons:

• playing offline
• unstable internet connection
• logging out of or using different accounts
• using multiple devices

However you can try the next steps to try to trigger them back but please note it does not guarantee they will be back:

• Play at least 3 levels
• Close the app and restart your device between each level
• Check that you have a stable connection
