I’m having an issue with the ads for free plays. The Starbucks Energy drink ad is freezing my game. I have to turn off my phone to exit the game.
Hello @DoubleMsMom, I have had a similar issue with some ads. I have found that by tapping my browser's "Back" button I can be returned to the game, with some or all of the credit for watching the ad. I hope this works for you, too.
I encourage you to also report any ads that repeatedly give this result. Report the malfunctioning ad by following the instructions in the article found HERE. You might be asked for screenshots of the ad, game you were playing, your device and what time you saw the ad. Of course this process could add to your frustration if you find it onerous.
I am having the same issue with tge Starbucks ad! The link to report is not working.
Same issue! Back button does not respond, and the link to report issue is not working.
No way to exit Starbucks ad without exiting out of game. Very frustrating. Hope it gets fixed soon.
They still have not fixed the problem with Starbucks ad. I am tired of losing boosters and now I lost gold bars when I completed an episode. Candy Crush will lose many players if they do not fix this problem or delete this ad from the game.
