Missing Events on Windows (Reported)

We want to let you know that we're aware of an issue affecting some players on Windows, where in-game events are either missing entirely or disappear after restarting the game.

🛠️ The good news is that we've already escalated this to the Studio, and the team is actively investigating the issue. We’ll keep you updated right here in this thread as we learn more.

In the meantime, if you're experiencing the same problem, please help us by sharing the following details below:

• Your Game ID
• The name of the event that disappeared
• Confirmation that you're on the latest game version, which is 4.12.0.0

Game Affected: Candy Crush Friends Saga

Missing Events: Bubblegum Troll (I don't know the name - it's missing!!!; Dachs Delivery & Mystery Key; Sweet Streak (if it is currently active - I think it runs for 28 days at a time)

Events I DO have: daily quests (although these are not Events per se)

Current Game Version: 4.12.0.0

Thanks @DieOmimi for advancing this. I raised an issue from within the game as well (before I saw this). Here's hoping it gets escalated quickly and we can all get back to crushing, winning, crushing etc!

Ever since the release of 4.12.0.0 I have not received any Dachs Delivery or any other events on the windows platform on both accounts, I get all of the events on the android platform but I don't use that platform for gaming.
