Lots of Issues... Terrible Return Experience

Hello, I need help!

I missed this game (CCFS) so much! I last played 2 years ago, and just returned now after switching to my new phone. But sadly, my experience has been frustrating.

• Extreme lag – Despite having the same animations as before, the gameplay now feels very slow and ruins the flow of the game.
• Network issue – The game says I'm offline, even though my WiFi is strong and my router is new. Because of this, I can’t access events, I can’t claim the 50 GB welcome offer, I can’t log in to save my progress (started over fresh), and scoreboard doesn't work.
• Random crashes – The game crashes randomly at the start, middle, or end of a level. I lose lives because of it.
• Tutorials keep repeating – Every level, the game treats me like a new player. It keeps repeating the same tutorial dialogs about boosters like the lollipop and striped candy.

I'm currently only at Level 11, and I'm using a Vivo Y17, purchased a year ago. This return was supposed to be exciting, but all these issues make it frustrating.

If anyone has tips or fixes, I’d really appreciate it. I want to keep playing, but this is making it hard. Thank you in advance!

I'm sorry you're having some problems.
Since you didn't continue the game with your old account, it's normal that you're receiving the tutorials and being treated like a beginner. This is normal and not a bug. How would the game know that you already had experience with the game?

As for the other questions, the following steps may help:

Restart: Force close apps and restart your device.Updates: Check that you have the latest game and device updates.

Memory: Keep at least 2GB free storage for smooth gameplay.
Connection: Use WiFi instead of cellular data.
Clear Cache:
🤖 Android: Settings > Apps > Candy Crush Friends Saga > Storage > Clear Cache
🍏 iOS: Settings > Safari > Clear History and Website Data
📟️ Amazon Kindle: Menu > Choose Settings > Clear All Cookies Data
As a last resort, you can try reinstall the app. Note that this will remove all of your boosters from the game, so please do not do this unless absolutely necessary.
