Hello @Mr_Fishy. Is this happening while you are playing Candy Crush Friends Saga on Windows? This is a known issue, and we are currently waiting for a fix.
In the meantime I suggest you try our standard troubleshooting steps to see if they help.
- ensure you have a stable Internet connection
- check your free memory on your device, you need at least 2 GB
- clear your game cache (do NOT clear your data because that is where your boosters are stored)
- check for updates for your game and run them
- Force close all apps and restart your device. Make sure it's turned off for at least 10 seconds before turning it back on.
