Does reinstalling CCFS (playing on Win11 desktop) take me back to level 1?

I fear I know the answer already but will ask it anywat….

I had to reset my PC yesterday, losing all of the Apps that did not come with the computer. I now have to reinstall CCFS and Blossom Blast, and I wanted to ask if there is anyway to resume at the level I was at through my profile? I was only at Level 2671, so not as far advanced as I might have been after 12 months - and especially given the Events issue we are experiencing.

I suppose it is not the end of the world, and it might not take me long to get back to where I was at, and I still have all my milestone badges….. always a bright side hey?

Hi @Nanninomix after reinstalling, you'll need to log back in with your account, which should bring you back to your current level. If you weren't logged in before (with your email and password), you'll start again at level 1.
Do you know your player ID when you were at level 2671? Then you can contact support from within the game. The staff can get you back to your previous level.
