Missing events

Hi @DieOmimi I have tried to find the discussion thread where you kindly recommended to update the app to recover Dachs Delivery Service, but could not 🤷‍♀️ (this site really gets on my nerves 🤬. Sorry to vent my frustration, I know you are not responsible for this terrible mess!)

Well I wanted to thank you for your help, as it did work at the time. 🙏💐

However, since then, I am experiencing a new bout of disappearing events. Last Friday morning when I signed in, the Friends Holiday Calendar showed up… as well as DDS …. This was strange as DDS usually comes in on Saturdays (if I am not mistaken).

The other strange thing was that the DDS collection activity looked much stronger than usual for the team. Sure enough, the first rewards box was soon ready to be collected, which I did.

However soon after, my app crashed. When I opened it again, both events had gone. And have since not reappeared again despite all the usual trouble shooting steps and the latest app update.

Are you aware if this issue is still ongoing in other players' game? And could you kindly recommend some actions to get those two events back (the most urgent being the Calendar)?

Hi @nekocat what type of device are you using? If it's a Samsung phone, you're probably experiencing the same issue, which is more likely due to the device itself than the app.

Please try the following:

Updates: Check that you have the latest game and device updates.

Memory: Keep at least 2GB free storage for smooth gameplay.
Connection: Use WiFi instead of cellular data.

Once you've opened your game (please check your storage first. If you have less than 2 GB, delete some files or images, or move them to cloud storage), use the "Go to Level" function and replay a level (for example, level 2 or 5, which are easy to win).

If you win the level, the events should reappear.

Let me know if it works.
