I would like to report a serious technical issue with Candy Crush Friends Saga. Yesterday, my game screen clearly showed that the "Lunar New Year Tiffany" event would begin in one day (see attached screenshot), but upon logging in today, the event had completely disappeared, preventing me from participating and obtaining the limited-time character. This is clearly a system display or server synchronization malfunction. I have invested a lot of time and effort in anticipating obtaining the Lunar New Year series character. Since this is a system error on your end, causing me to lose the opportunity to obtain the character, I request that the "Lunar New Year Tiffany" character be reissued as compensation.
