Game progress on new laptop

How do I retrieve my game progress using my player/King ID. It won't let me in through Facebook. I have Chrome as my default browser but the game is still saying that my browser doesn't support Facebook. Yet I am logged into my Facebook as we speak. I don't understand what's going on.

It did but it did but it didn't work. I have a new Core laptop and I made my default browser Chrome. I am connected to Facebook but when I try and connect through the game it just keeps loading and if an error message comes up it reads "This browser doesn't support Facebook then it asks me to connect to Chrome.
