Dachs delivery won’t give me prize

as title says. I made it to first gift box but it won’t give it to me and remains unopened. I tried everything suggested as in restarting and deleting history still nothing plz help

Same thing happening to me. It was fine when I started and was awarded prizes as normal. However, the past couple of days have not been giving rewards even though my team is completing multiple challenges.
