My advice: if you do any in game purchases, stop doing it. The only thing they will react to is a drop in revenue.
Same for me, and no reply in support. The thread that was supposed to resolve the issue of missing events was started back in February. Still no solution, so I wouldn't hold my breath. It's always "the next update will fix it" but the next update does nothing.
Only thing that works, and even that not always, is if you uninstall the game, but then you lose all boosters. Not worth it.
