Lost progress after update

Question

Is anyone else seeing lost progress after the update to 5.3.0.0? I'm level 1949, my team shows im 1949, but i only have level 799 available to me. I tried logging out and in and that didn't sync it either.

I am sorry that your game progress was lost after the update.

I installed this update as well and encountered a different issue. My game progress is intact, but my characters won't load, and I am unable to play either old or new levels. I have already reported this.

To receive assistance from Support, please open your app, go to Settings (the gear icon), then tap the question mark, and finally select the topic "Game Progress." Scroll all the way down and choose "Contact Us" or "Chat with Us."

Before doing so, please take screenshots of your current game map and your team so that you can attach them later.

Explain to the assistant exactly what happened, and ask the chatbot to connect you with a live support agent. At the end of the conversation, you will be asked if you would like to attach your screenshots; please do so.
