I don't have Rachel so I can't play week 3. I know you don't have to own the character so would you please fix this!

The issue is known and has been reported. If you go to Settings (the gear icon) in your game and then tap the question mark, you will see an entry about the Sunny Tales issue right at the top. Tap on it and, if necessary, scroll all the way down to "Contact." Unfortunately, we in the community do not have any information on when the issue will be fixed.
I have the exact same problem. I select a level, choose a character, and try to click play, but nothing happens, as you can see in the image. I have the latest version of the game, 5.5.0.0, which I also showed in the image. Today is the fifth day in seven. Can you tell me when you plan to fix this bug? Am I supposed to lose prizes because you can't fix it? I hope you have a BIG compensation plan for us.
I am also having the same problem. It keeps telling me to collect all the stickers to collect the character, but if you can't play, how are you supposed to collect them?
Same here. I don't even know how to get the raccoon. I'm level 413 and I have done every event level on this so far, and now I can't do week 3 because I don't have her? I really disappointed. 😔
The issue has been reported and is being investigated. Please ensure that you are using the latest version of the game. Events used to be playable even if the character wasn't in the Scrapbook. That is how it should work again. We are waiting for a response from the team.
Same problem here. I can select Rachel, but the Play button does not become clickable and therefore cannot be played.
Not holding my breath. Probably the same story as the past few months…. bring up an issue, get told "thanks for letting us know", then the development team ignores us.
I have the same problem and I really wonder, why the folks at King.com do not reply to anyone who reports the problem/bug and do not even try to fix that bug. They do really everything to ruin the fun in playing Friends Saga. ☹️

What happens when you tap "Play"? Does Rachel appear and stop you from playing? Could you please provide a screenshot showing what it looks like on your end?
