not getting side games

I too have lost ALL my events after a Windows 11 update (I play on desktop app, and the CCFS version is 4.9.1.0).. This is the first time EVERYTHING has disappeared. for me. No more Sweet Streak (which had approx. 20 days still to run), along with Bubblegum Troll and my Dachs Delivery event, and I was in the Cookie Challenge (with 1 of 4 wins).

I have reported tis several times, how do i fix.. Ive tried all of your suggestions before to no avail..please help.

hey mark, this is a known problem that the studio has been unwilling or unable to fix, reported back in january. sometimes a new update will fix the issue temporarily, then the next one will mess it up again.

the jelly queen event never started for me either and i have the game both on my laptop (windows) and phone (android). dachs works on some devices but not on others.

there is nothing you can do. sometimes if you uninstall the game you will get dachs back, but then you lose all your boosters so it's not worth it. for side games, like jelly queen or similar, not even uninstalling helps.

These issue have been reported since early 2025, so we are now going on 2 years that things have been occurring. I am not being negative or off topic. I am simply reporting a fact.

Dachs Delivery Service, dissapeared after playing 1 life.

I get a countdown for an event coming eg: dachs delivery service, when it arrives it lasts for 1 game then dissapears the last time this happened was yesterday. Ive attached screenshots with dates and times shown. It always happens after a big windows 11 update . Perhaps there is a service i can stop and restart in my task master settings. Please help as this is driving me crazy. Perhaps that should be a name for your next King game….

Opened and closed the CCFS app
Re-opened the CCFS app and played both old and new levels
