The Jelly Queen event seemed to be buggy, and I’m no longer in the game. Have you all received the new events? Right now, it’s the Bubble Gum Troll, and the Cookie Challenge starts in a few days.
I did but got nothing but a sucker and a lot of time bonuses and with only 5 lives. The gum challenge disappeared yesterday during game play. This morning Dach's Delivery Service disappeared right in the middle of game play. I'm waiting for the cookie challenge that's suppose to happen in two days disappear next.
If it's the same thing we are talking about, I got the countdown to when it was due to start, then it just disappeared! Not sure why. I hope it will come back soon!

So as to not be negative and off topic, everyone keep smiling and enjoy the special, unexpected features that keep occurring. They really do care.
The Jelly Queen event showed up for me, too. However, it didn't actually start when it was supposed to. The exact same thing happened with this event last year. I'll check with our community team to see what happened.
hey, with all due respect, the other reply is standard king bs. It's a known problem that side games often malfunction, there was a thread going that was active for months. it was first reported back in january this year and never resolved.
i have the game both on windows and android, and i keep a version out of date on purpose because the new updates often just mess up the game further. i had the jelly queen countdown on all my devices and it appeared on none of them.
on my phone which has all the latest updates dachs never appeared last friday. i had to uninstall the game, lose all my boosters, and only then it showed up. but jelly queen never did and that happens so many times with all the side games that i lost count.
mods here try to help and post the usual steps that are meant to fix it but the steps don't work. and the studio simply no longer cares, so if you wanna play the game, best to take it for what it is. which is mostly buggy.

I hope you’re doing well. I’m sorry to hear that the jelly queen contest is currently unavailable, but rest assured it is expected for some events and features to change and even become temporarily unavailable, so there’s nothing to worry about.
Please note that special features like these are bonus features in the game and therefore not designed to be there permanently. To help keep things fresh and interesting, our studio tweaks and introduces new features every so often. As such, they need to thoroughly check these during gameplay, so these special features may appear or disappear during ongoing tests, as well as during scheduled maintenance checks.
However, events and features in our games can temporarily disappear when there is a connection issue during login. This can be a hiccup, a peak in the signal, or a momentary signal loss.
Normally, it comes back after you do one of the following:
01- Play one level
02- Close the app and restart your device
03- Check that you have a stable connection
Please note that these steps do not guarantee that the feature will return, and we are unable to add the feature back manually.
If these steps don't help it means the feature isn't available right now, and I’m afraid we can’t add it manually for you.
