I have a Dell OptiPlex 3010 (Core i3, Intel HD Graphics) where I play Candy Crush Friends Saga (Desktop app). After the latest update (5.7.1.0), whenever I try to open the game, the window opens for a second showing a blank screen, then closes. Sometimes the window doesn't even appear at all.
The game worked fine on this same PC since February — this only started right after the 5.7.1.0 update. I've already tried: repairing/resetting the app, uninstalling and reinstalling, and even a full Windows reinstall — same issue every time. It also still works fine on my other, newer PC.
Did this update raise the graphics/hardware requirements in a way that older integrated graphics can't handle? Is there a way to disable GPU acceleration for this app, or get an older build that still works on this system?
