As what little could i understand is that you want to sync your 2 accounts. But is it king account and facebook account or both are facebook accounts (new and old).

When you connected your new Facebook/King Account, unfortunately you cannot be transferred with your old Facebook/King Account while will back to level 1 on any King's Game.
So why cannot transferred to your level progress on any King's Game?
Because your old and new Facebook/King.Com Account have different level progress (also shown different Game ID) when you login on any King's Game.
So you can only connect your old Facebook/King Account, you can save your progress your current level on any King's Game. 😊

Please Provide your Old account Game id may be community Managers Restore Your progress in your new account
to know your game id please Open profile section of your game and Dubble tap on the king logo which is located on the Top Center Area.
you can find your game user ID from facebook also. Visit in settings 👍 Under privacy settings you will find apps and websites option tap and again tap on logged in with facebook option . Now select your game. in bottom your user id will be appear. but you must login with your old facebook account there.
