    Now I need tips on level 10. I have the coloring candy timed booster and the use power at the beginning timed booster active, and I still can't get past the second screen.

    I have Olivia’s enclave ( no sign of Misty so that’s not an issue 😁 ) But it’s crashing the minute I try to play level 1.

    Tried all the suggestions of logging out, clearing cache, updating the app etc etc. still crashing 🤷🏼‍♀️

    Not sure what else I can do.

    Ive cleared the cache, have the latest update and restarted phone and logged out and back in with Facebook. Didn’t work before. Tried again this morning and it actually let me play a few rounds of Olivias enclave til I ran out of lives.

    but on returning to the game this afternoon it’s just shutting down every time again haha!

    perhaps my device is just being glitchy. 🤷🏼‍♀️

    Hi there @westylee 👋 Mmmm.... Maybe it's your device, yes. What model is it? It needs to have at least 2 GB free left in your memory for it to run properly. I'm sure my fellow Superstars and Experts will have more advices for you - @kiara_wael @Sofia1992 @candycrushinit @bearwithme, do you have anything that could help, please?

    @daniel47 Hello 👋 If the event did not appear at all, then it means that you won't be part of it for this time around. But don't get disheartened if you missed some events. Since it's completely random, you will probably get lucky for the next one! You can learn more about how the game Studio works here - It's a very interesting read 😉
