Since you tried to clear cache and log in/out from your account, then how about to try and this:
1)When you enter in the game, you will see a blue button with a white gear in the left screen of the game. Go and press on it!
2) Secondly, press that red button. This button will reboot your game and take you back in the main screen of this game.
And after, press the play button again so to go back in your game.

Hi @westylee - I just did a little checking and the oldest phone that can get the latest IOS 14 update is an iPhone 6s so unless your 6 Plus is equal to a 6S you won’t be able to upgrade to IOS 14. Hopefully this is not what is causing your problems.

Im using an iPhone 6plus but I may need to update the iOS and see if that resolves the issue. So far it’s not offering ios14 . Will see how I go.

Hi there @westylee and a very warm welcome to our friendly King Community. I am sorry to hear that is happening to you. It definitely sounds like a glitch with your phone. I play Friends on my iPad and have not had any similar problems, the Olivia event works just fine. As @QueenMia said - what make and model of phone do you have? Do you have the latest software update for your phone (for example Apple just pushed the IOS 14 update).
Hi there @westylee 👋 Mmmm.... Maybe it's your device, yes. What model is it? It needs to have at least 2 GB free left in your memory for it to run properly. @daniel47 Hello 👋 If the event did not appear at all, then it means that you won't be part of it for this time around. But don't get disheartened if you missed some events. Since it's completely random, you will probably get lucky for the next one! You can learn more about how the game Studio works here - It's a very interesting read 😉

Ive cleared the cache, have the latest update and restarted phone and logged out and back in with Facebook. Didn’t work before. Tried again this morning and it actually let me play a few rounds of Olivias enclave til I ran out of lives.
but on returning to the game this afternoon it’s just shutting down every time again haha!
perhaps my device is just being glitchy. 🤷🏼♀️

I have Olivia’s enclave ( no sign of Misty so that’s not an issue 😁 ) But it’s crashing the minute I try to play level 1.
Tried all the suggestions of logging out, clearing cache, updating the app etc etc. still crashing 🤷🏼♀️
Not sure what else I can do.

Now I need tips on level 10. I have the coloring candy timed booster and the use power at the beginning timed booster active, and I still can't get past the second screen.

Regarding the new Misty's outfit, we wanted to let you know that Misty got too excited and showed up a little too early... She took Olivia's place and we had to send her back home (that's why it disappeared from your game). But don't worry, she'll be back very soon again though - And those of you who collected stickers won't lose them 😉
So for now let's enjoy crushing candies with Olivia 🐙 - We're happy to hear any feedback you have about the Olivia's event! We hope you're enjoying it as much as we do!

Same Happened To Me , When I Played A Classic Level, Costume And Sticker Dissapeared. Even Got Screenshots To proove it and i got 200 stickers out of 500 yesterday evenning. and , there is a countdown to how long this event lasts. as, u can see by my screenshots. and i like yourself would love to add that costume for misty to my collection.😪
