I uninstalled the game for a period and then re-installed it. Now I get the same tips/suggestions to actions EVERY time I play. How can I get rid of this? Kind of ridiculous that you still get basic tips passed level 2000 by the way.

I moved your post from the Candy Crush Community to the Candy Friends Support pages.
If you reinstalled the game, the tutorials may reappear since the game is recently downloaded. You can't switch them off, but they should automatically disappear after a while.

Unfortunately it happens when we start again game after re-installing because many new feature Are adding in game.

No need Uninstalled every time you have problem with game , You just need Check app update - Log out game - Restart Device - Open game and Log in.
