This is probably like a graphic game glitch I don’t know if there’s any issue with my game i already tried doing the basic steps to fix it but no solution.

I think its a graphic error. Luckily i found this screenshot once asked same question in candy crush soda saga regarding black fish. But it was temporary error. So as long as if it is not affecting your game play ignore it.
You may try one more thing by converting your internet connection from wifi to data or data to wifi. Check this screenshot of swedish fish error. Let us also tag @QueenB

You can see some players have answered you that we hope nothing this happens.
By the way, mostly of players have asked this problem too and this costume is still tested that means it's still not complete to be fixed.

@terrazas1326 Hi and welcome, You seem to have done the standard troubleshooting tips so not sure what the issue with this is. Hope fully this is just a temporary problem. My game all seems okay so maybe worth just trying to restart your device again to see if it rectifies the problem

Please Check app update - Log out game - Restart Device - Open game and Log in.

Did you also updated your game application.
Also do the full troubleshooting process by Log out, update your game application, restart your device and login again. This happens to me once in candy crush soda. Hopefully it will be ok with you.
