It's happeness a lot to me and well after i check the connection few times, the game back online!
Hello everyone .
After a long time seeing this connection error in several games and in many players, after having raised several solutions or attempts to do so, I have found that by simply turning off the connections with the game open, we wait a few seconds and turn the connections back on, and the problem goes away.
It works for me in all games.

Hmm... I think it's an internet connection problems! Did you check your WI-FI or Mobile Data?

Alright, you need to close the game, then go to Phone Settings, After that go to Apps and you will see Candy Crush Friends Saga, click on it and clear cache with force stop... After all of that restart your device and then open the game and it should be fixed and if not well you need to check your Internet connection...
