@grandmother4 your PC is running Windows 10? Try reinstalling the app and clearing cache as unknown error should be fixed. Or are you seeing a new error?

Cheers. My friend was worrying over the game for the past couple of days and had to restart from the beginning. I'll make a note of the update and when I next speak to my friend I'll let them know. I think as a gesture all players to get some gold bars.

Still saying there's a problem but not sure whether it's been dealt with?

As for Windows 10, there is indeed an issue with the connection at the moment. Be assured that our team is working on it and the problem should be resolved by the end of the day

Why cant i play candy crush friends on my pc anymore, windows 10? Now 2 days ago i still get " unkown error" i was logged in on facebook and now logged out. I have try everything, uninstall reinstall, cleared cache. Nothing works.

I have been trying to log into Candy Crush Friends in order to get the game so I can download it and play

You can download from Google Play, Itunes and for computer Windows 10 only from the windows app store. What is the device you are trying to install on? All links are on this page https://www.candycrushfriendssaga.com/
Once clicking you would need to login to the store you are trying to download from.
Once you have downloaded you can login with your Facebook account or King account

Are you entering a password or is the device already connected with the Facebook app and its auto logging in? Have they been able to login before? Are you able to login with the Facebook app?

I am having this issue as well. I am on PC. I am connected through Wifi. The device was connected with Facebook and auto login.Yes I have been able to sign in. Tonight was the first time with this issue. No when I start to play I am told I need to sign into Facebook and when I try I get the message listed above

My friend contacted me this morning and wanted to know what is causing the problem. I was advised that a password reset had been done via Facebook. The problem occurred when the game was open on Windows 10 but seems to work on other devices.

Hey, the game is great! but I'm not getting the connection with Facebook neither by app from Microsoft Store on Windows10 neither by the Facebook gameroom, in Brazil.

when i try to connect with facebook appears on top a red bar with "unknow error" (app download from windows app store). In facebook gameroom the game is not loading.
