Game crashing

@QueenMia i deleted the app on my ipad and reinstalled it and it seems to have resolved the issue.

I'm sorry to hear you've been having issues with the game. You mean that the game opens and then crashes?
Please make sure you have the latest App version installed, then clear cache and cookies and restart the game, that should do the trick!

If not, a screenshot and an explanation of the issue would be most helpful! When does it crash exactly, what's happening (error message or the game closes, etc) and so on.

Let us know how that goes!

@Bettiboo72 you may need to upload to say youtube and then link it here .. looks like it does not allow video upload

@JustPlaying the upload file button doesnt give me the option to choose a video from my ipad. Am i doing something wrong?

Yes i just updated to the latest version of the candy crush friends app and since then it crashes on opening. Can you advise how to clear the cache onn an iPad? No cookies when using the ios app on an ipad either??

As it is loading the orange king screen it tries to load then disappears. Ive hard closed the app and restarted my ipad several times but it still wont work. So the game doesnt actually get to open before it crashes. If i diuble click the home button, i can see the game and levels sitting there but when i tap it to open it goes straight to the orange king loading screen and crashes sgain.

There is nothing a screen shot will capture as there are no error messages. But will try to do a screen record for you.
