Hi @MsKatie when your lives are full (5) when you click on the top left heart you should be asked if you want to send lives to all friends. When your friends ask for lives a pink envelope should appear near the bottom left as in picture above3

- I have been having the same issue. In all my other 3 Candy Crush games, I always both send and receive lives every time I play, and lots of other times during play I always receive lives back but have not had ONE SINGLE LIFE gifted back to me. I've been thinking that this is odd. Is there any reason?

Mine was just the opposite...I recieved but could never send until today!2

I really love this game, however when I receive 24 lives and only get to use 5, when are you going to let us have the lives our friends send us, very frustrating. It doesn't do us any good to add friends when you don't let us use the lives they send us, what gives, very angry about this3

@JessicaReed Your Facebook friends that play the game with their Facebook account will appear in your Friends list if you are logged in using a Facebook account. To add friends to your game you can add players as friends in Facebook. At this time you can not add friends using a King login.3

once again I have received 21 lives and can only use 5, now I have 50 gold bars and can not use them, what gives, very dissapointed in the help3
