@penken2010, I may not understand why you are unable to get a screenshot of your final score. This can only be done after you WIN the level. Otherwise I suggest you try our standard troubleshooting steps:
- Check the amount of free memory on your device. You need at least 2 GB.
- Check if there are updates to your CCFS app and, if so, run them
- Clear the cache (don't clear data!) when using a mobile device
- Then turn off your device completely and keep it off for at least 10 seconds. See if the problem persists after restarting your device. If so, can you login on a different device?
Please let me know if you are not able to complete your next level after taking the above steps.

@Xxander, the rules allow up to 10 entries per player, so you can keep trying. If you don't get a score in the top 3, you are still eligible for the random drawing for gold bars. I wish you luck!
