My game doesn’t work well

Hello ,

ik want to ask some questions about the game , sometimes I doesn’t get my boosters , but I have them for 30 min or 2 hours the doesn’t appear in the level , and for the last weeks I endend high I think I was Nmr 2 en 6 and several others by the first 10 , I believe in the lollipop or a another evenement I don’t get my rewards the don’t appear in the game when the time has ended ,

so I already have delete the game but it back on en logged in and out but the problems stay ,


I’m on level 5725 , and I have no idea what my account Nmr is or where I can find it

thx already for the answers en maybe you can solve some problems

    I have the same problems as you. The friends who are supposed to give you extra powers in the game for the time boosters are just pretending, but there is actually nothing to see on the board. I have already reported this error and the fix is in progress.

    Also, the fact that you don't always get rewards from Frosty Hurry is a mistake and I have them in my game too. I have also reported this error and the fix is in progress.

    During the holidays, troubleshooting may take a little longer, most employees also have vacations and do not work. This is understandable and I can only ask you for patience. I know it's a bit annoying.

    You may want to take part in our competitions in the meantime. In the contest area you will find some competitions where you can win gold bars.

    You can find your User ID in your game. Go to your profile (where you can log in or out). Above your avatar is a lettering "King". There you double-click on it and a sequence of numbers becomes visible. This is your User ID, your technical identifier.

    If I have answers from Studio, I'll come back. But we may have to wait until the beginning of next year.
